Mixed Martial Arts

Muay Thai

Muay Thai emphasizes strikes using various techniques such as punches, kicks, knee strikes, and clinching. It also incorporates sweeps and throws to destabilize opponents. Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that places a strong emphasis on high, fast kicks and dynamic movements. It utilizes a wide range of kicking techniques, including spinning kicks, jumping kicks, and flying kicks. Jiu-Jitsu

Jiu-Jitsu, specifically Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submission holds.
