Do I need experience?

No. Ocean Martial Arts operates through appointment based private coaching and small group training.

Yes. Competition preparation and fight camp coaching are available for qualifying students.

Do you offer one-time sessions?

Limited single sessions may be available depending on schedule availability.

Is sparring required?

No. Sparring is structured, controlled, and based on readiness, goals, and experience level.

What should I bring to training?

Comfortable athletic clothing without buttons, zippers, or rivets, as they can damage the mats. Water is supplied. Equipment recommendations can be provided as students progress, along with a willingness to learn and train consistently.

Are Saturdays included?

Yes. Saturday technical sparring and grappling sessions are included with all coaching plans for students who are ready to safely participate.
